IPTV Secure Links provides the following services:

• MAC Address Scanner: Batch validation of IPTV MAC addresses against portal servers
• Portal Checker: Verification of portal status, server type, and response times
• Secure Link Generator: Creation of encrypted IPTV links using Caesar cipher (shift 5)
• Link Database: Storage and management of scan results with search and export
• API Access: RESTful API for programmatic integration

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

While many features are available without registration, certain advanced features may require an account. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use automated methods (bots) to create accounts
• Each user is limited to one account unless explicitly authorized

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Scan portals or MACs that you do not have permission to test

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (portal URLs, MAC addresses), but grant us a license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

IPTV Secure Links does not warrant that the Service is compatible with all devices, browsers, or network configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IPTV SECURE LINKS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
